Totally normal to take 5 posts to recap one race trip (2 weeks late), right?
Friday we hit the expo, again. I got to see some of my Nuun Hood to Coast Team, past and present.
Mel had coordinated a blogger meet up with the folks from The Competitor Group. She did a fabulous job introducing John Bingham who held a brief talk about blogging.
I was stupidly exhausted so it was really fun when people kept coming up to me,rubbing my arm and saying things like “Oh poor honey, you look so tired”.
But seriously-I felt bad. I wasn’t mingling tons, I was just dreaming of a nap. We had packed SO many things into a few days. So public apology to anyone that came in contact with me.
Lesley and I grabbed some Sin Dawg (an organic, vegan, crave worthy cinnamon roll) from Daves Killer Bread. I bought a roll for my race morning breakfast. This thing is amazing.
I bought a cup of terrible expo coffee and we found a table. Yes, we sat down at an expo as we geared up for our next event the Brooks Blogger Meetup.

Sin Dawg is the best thing EVER. I still remember the first race where I discovered them!
They sell them at Costco around here – but maybe that’s only a Washington / Pacific Northwest thing? You’ll have to smuggle some home with you after HOOD TO COAST!
Ooooh, I shall bring an extra bag just for Sin Dawg
Ha, I was so exhausted and I wasn’t even running the race.
so.much.going.on.
Sin Dawg looks yummy! (Great name for a rapper, btw) We don’t have them here in NC ;o( Great pics!
thanks!
That dawg looks amazing!
I ordered a Sin Dawg as well as two loaves of his bread! Cannot wait to try it. Still trying to ‘regroup’ my eating habits!
Sin Dawg is THE BEST!! And so is that picture of Nuun peeps…I’m going to steal it
Please do!
